Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in works by Harol Baez. Please review this policy carefully prior to making a purchase.

Original Artwork

All original artworks are final sale.

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original works, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed, except in the event of damage incurred during shipping.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited edition prints may be eligible for return only under the following conditions:

  • The print arrives damaged, or

  • The incorrect print was received

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The print must be unused and unframed

  • The print must be in its original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to damage or error.

Shipping Damage

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photographs of:

    • The artwork

    • The packaging

  3. Retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved

We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Commissions & Custom Orders

All commissioned and custom works are non-refundable once work has begun.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees associated with international shipments. These charges are non-refundable.
