The Faces Remain is a series of paintings exploring the face as an image rather than a portrait. Informed by my background in fashion photography, the work prioritizes composition, restraint, and controlled color over narrative or likeness.

Faces appear submerged, interrupted, or partially withheld. Figures function as scale, distance, or witness. The work resists explanation and favors presence over resolution.
